Revelation Song | Praise, Easter & Ascension Song | Choir w/Lyrics SATB

This version of "Revelation Song" is an a cappella choral arrangement that combines Latin text with the popular, contemporary Christian song to make a beautiful piece of music based on the 5th chapter of the Book of Revelation that reads:

"I looked again and heard the voices of many angels who surrounded the throne and the living creatures and the elders. They were countless in number, and they cried out in a loud voice:

“Worthy is the Lamb that was slain

to receive power and riches, wisdom and strength,

honor and glory and blessing.”

Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, everything in the universe, cry out:

“To the one who sits on the throne and to the Lamb

be blessing and honor, glory and might,

forever and ever.”

We feel this song can be used as an anthem or prelude for the Easter Season, the Feast of the Ascension and during Ordinary Time.

Recorded live at the 2022 Easter Vigil by the Sunday 7pm Choir and Friends at St. Francis de Sales Parish in Ajax, Ontario Canada. Thanks for listening and God bless.
